Marktel is a competitive intelligence service operated from Switzerland. This policy covers what we collect when you use marktel.io or our service.
We do not collect payment card details directly -- payments are handled by our payment provider.
Nobody, for commercial purposes. We may use third-party tools (email delivery, analytics) that act on our behalf under strict confidentiality. We never sell or rent your data.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email hello@marktel.io and we'll respond within 5 business days. Under GDPR and Swiss nFADP you also have the right to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time.
We use encryption in transit and at rest, and limit data access to only those who need it.
If we make material changes we'll notify registered users by email before they take effect.
By accessing or using Marktel you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Marktel provides weekly competitive intelligence briefings based on publicly available data, reviewed by human analysts. The competitors tracked depends on your plan.
Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately at hello@marktel.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to use Marktel for any unlawful purpose, resell or publicly distribute our reports without written permission, or attempt to reverse-engineer our data systems. You may share reports internally within your organisation.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give 30 days' notice of any price changes. During early access, no payment is required.
Cancel any time via your account settings or by emailing hello@marktel.io. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marktel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to any claim.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect.
